PWA is looking to hire a Director, Philanthropy & Communications. This individual will lead this organization’s philanthropy program to even more success.
A leader who will help diversify its revenue streams and work with a new, enthusiastic Executive Director, engaged Board of Directors and fundraising committee as they begin their journey implementing a bold, new strategic plan.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you are a results-oriented professional who is passionate about social justice and is creative, collaborative, a self-starter and a team builder who can work with staff and volunteers.
A unique opportunity to play a leadership role in a vital organization at a critical juncture in its history; to lead and work with a dynamic group of staff and volunteers who are passionate about their roles; to both support and guide the new, enthusiastic Executive Director and to collaborate with Board Directors who are dedicated to the success of the organization. Compensation will be negotiated, commensurate with experience.
