PWA’s Black History Month Presents:
Happie Micah Edwards
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon celebrating the powerful creative voice of Happie — a self-taught artist and Bruk-Out Jamaican-born Canadian storyteller whose work moves at the intersection of culture, consciousness, and community.
Rooted in the rhythms of the diaspora and guided by his studies in New Thought metaphysics, Happie blends visual art and storytelling to explore identity, healing, liberation, and collective memory.
As an Ontario Community Changemaker alum, Black August Residency alum, and proud member of the Fellowship of the Griots, Happie carries forward the sacred tradition of storytelling — honouring the past while shaping new narratives for the future.
