Partnerships
Partnerships, collaboration and effective integration of services are valued principles by which PWA provides programs and services. The "system" of HIV related programs in Toronto can often be complex and confusing. Effective partnerships help to build and share capacity between agencies, reduce duplication, ensure targeted programming, increase effective referrals, reduce barriers to access and ultimately create programs that are stronger by building on the shared strengths of the agencies involved.
