Becoming A Client

The Toronto People With AIDS Foundation accepts as a client any one who is HIV positive and who is a resident of Toronto. (For our clients, the postal code for their home address must start with an M.)

The first step to becoming a client involves an Intake appointment. During Intake, the individual is asked to provide basic personal information and also receives information about the various services PWA offers and who to contact to access them. Clients then contact directly the appropriate staff member on an as-needed basis.

Intake appointments can be booked by contacting our Service Access team at 416-506-8606 ext. 203. If no one answers please press 0 to have your call redirected to a receptionist and inform them you’d like to schedule an intake. We have appointments available each day at 11am, 3pm and on Wednesday & Thursday 6:30pm as well.
